Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at the 1825 facility where you will assist with can labeling, applications, and general warehousing duties. You will play a crucial role in operating pallet jacks, moving equipment, and managing products on pallets, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities • Pick and fulfill customer orders daily with high accuracy. • Scan products, palletize orders, and prepare them for wrapping and shipping. • Assemble and package kits based on standard instructions. • Support general warehouse tasks, like organizing products and maintaining cleanliness and safety. • Apply labels to cans and products. • Break down and build up pallets. • Use pallet jacks to move pallets of products. • Pick orders to the pick tickets with attention to detail. • Combine parts and kitting. • Perform general warehousing and cleaning workstations. You will work in smaller team settings, fostering quick relationship-building within 'pods'. The typical warehouse environment requires steel toe or composite toe boots, with provided safety yellow shirts or high visibility blue vests. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
