Esta posición requiere experiencia práctica en soldadura y fabricación, habilidad mecánica y compromiso con la calidad y seguridad.ResponsabilidadesSoldar placas de blindaje en vehículos.Pulir y esmerilar superficies metálicas.Realizar trabajo físico y levantamiento de materiales pesados.Leer e interpretar planos (blueprints).Fabricar piezas de lámina metálica para vehículos.Ensamblar piezas y realizar trabajos de soldadura durante el proceso de ensamblaje.Operar máquinas manuales de fabricación, incluyendo prensas, cizallas y cortadoras.Mantener control del inventario interno.RequisitosExperiencia en soldadura MIG.Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en soldadura/fabricación.Experiencia en taller de fabricación o ambiente de manufactura.Capacidad para realizar y aprobar una prueba inicial de soldadura utilizando planos.Conocimiento de procesos de ensamblaje.Experiencia utilizando herramientas como taladros, sierras y esmeriladoras.Certificación de soldadura es preferida, pero no es requerida.Bilingüe o español preferido.Debe ser residente permanente o ciudadano de EE. This hands-on role demands proficiency with a variety of fabrication and welding equipment, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.Responsibilities

• Weld armoring plates onto vehicles. • Polish and grind metal surfaces. • Perform heavy lifting as part of the fabrication process. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately. • Fabricate sheet metal pieces for vehicles. • Assemble parts and perform welding during assembly. • Set up manual fabrication machines including press, shear, and cutters. • Keep track of internal inventory. Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding. • Experience in a fabrication shop or manufacturing environment. • Ability to pass an initial welding test using blueprints. • Knowledge of assembly practices. • Minimum of two years of experience in the field. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding certification is a plus but not required. • Ability to work with tools such as drills, saws, and grinders. • Bilingual or Spanish-speaking is preferred. • Must be a resident or citizen.
