Now Hiring: Construction Laborer - Solar Installation Join a large-scale renewable energy project and help build the future of clean energy! We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers to support the installation of a utility-scale solar farm spanning approximately 3,000 acres. 💲 Compensation & Schedule

• Support solar installation crews including Pile Installation, Racking Installation, and Solar Module Installation • Unload, stage, transport, and organize construction materials throughout the site • Carry and position steel piles, racking components, and solar panels • Assist equipment operators and supervisors with daily installation activities • Install and secure solar racking systems and solar modules using hand and power tools • Measure, inspect, and verify installation quality and alignment • Follow site layouts, construction drawings, and work instructions • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards 🚧 General Construction Duties

• Assist with site preparation, earthwork, and material handling • Support inventory control and material receiving operations • Perform site cleanup and housekeeping activities • Assist with construction layout and surveying tasks • Provide support to electrical and commissioning teams as needed • Perform additional project-related duties to support completion goals ✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction, installation, or general labor experience • Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices • Ability to lift and carry 25-30 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday • Comfortable walking long distances on uneven terrain • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Previous solar construction experience • Experience with pile driving, racking systems, or solar panel installation • Electrical construction, trenching, cable pulling, or underground utility experience • Ability to read blueprints and construction layouts • Experience working around heavy equipment and material handling operations • Utility-scale construction or renewable energy project experience 🦺 Safety & Teamwork

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
