About the Role At Circus, we're building physical AI robotics that produce food autonomously and our sales pipeline is how that technology reaches the market. As Junior Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for new prospects: opening conversations, qualifying interest, and building pipeline across sectors that haven't worked with autonomous food robotics before. Our products connect naturally, so you'll learn to represent the full portfolio, not a single pitch. As you build track record, you'll take on more ownership and start running deals end-to-end. You don't need years of sales experience but you should already know what outbound and cold calling feel like, and be ready to sharpen that into a real skill.
