Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Good technical experience with Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC building controlsExcellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with stakeholders, customers, and external service providersStrong customer service skills with a professional approach and a commitment to meeting customer expectationsAbility to provide technical support, coaching, and directionAgile working approach with flexibility to support an on-call rota structureFull driving licence, as the role requires travel to different sites Responsibilities: Carry out BMS pre-planned maintenance, small upgrades, and additional worksRespond to and resolve reactive breakdowns during core business hours and as part of the out-of-hours standby teamIdentify system improvements, including upgrades, system enhancements, and software improvements, to help manage energy performance efficientlyProvide detailed and concise reports based on onsite activities Technologies: Support More:
