Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year
Requirements: We need a positive and determined attitude with a can-do approach to work.We need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues.We need an analytical, technical, and logical mindset with strong attention to detail when triaging incidents.We need good knowledge of O365, Windows, Mac OS, iPadOS, iOS, and device building and configuration.We need a flexible and adaptable approach to working a shift pattern and embracing change as the organisation evolves.We need experience using an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow or similar.We need an understanding of IT service delivery or experience working in an ITIL environment, with good awareness of IT terminology. Responsibilities: We provide face-to-face and occasionally remote 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across the organisation.We support issues across a variety of platforms within End User Services, including laptops, desktops, Windows 11, and Microsoft M365.We provide hardware and software support.We configure and set up devices.We handle device replacements and exchanges.We work independently as well as with internal teams and external partners to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.
