Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year
Requirements: Excellent communication skills and experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentationsExcellent consultative skills and ability to articulate and communicate ideasExperience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messagingAt least 3 years experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of PAS processes in the UKDeep understanding of PAS rules, workflows, and requirements within private and public hospitals in the UKExperience contributing to a multi-disciplined teamExperience writing functional documentsExperience with business process mappingKnowledge of information systemsExperience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations, including government/public and/or private sector businessesExperience implementing software solutionsExposure to IT services in a customer-facing settingPrevious experience as an Application or Configuration SpecialistPrevious experience of change managementGood computer skillsExperience conducting software testingUniversity degree in Science, Engineering, or Clinical fieldsProficiency in English Responsibilities: Review proposal and tender documentation prior to release to the customer and inform colleagues of gaps in functionalityAnalyse customer processesIdentify gaps and possible solutionsRun proposed solution presentations with the customerRun customer induction workshopsAdvise the customer on how adopting our solution could benefit existing processesPropose solutions by mapping existing product components and minimising the need for variations from standard product linesProduce clear documentation, including business requirements/maps, solution design documents, and validation scriptsWork with the customer to ensure early data collection information is gathered correctly and according to scheduleLog additional configuration through the change process and follow up with the product team to close configurationsSet up customer site configurationCreate validation scripts for verifying agreed configurationParticipate in validating the configured system based on the solution designParticipate in validating migrated data to ensure it works with the solutionLog errors following the standard corporate procedureSupport customer validationTroubleshoot customer issues during implementation phasesFollow up on test fixes and work with the Project Manager/Product Team to implement fixesDistinguish issues from change requests and log them following the standard corporate procedureDocument handover documentation for supportParticipate in the dry run processPrepare train-the-trainer materialConduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as requiredTrain customer trainers on TrakCare functions as per the customer solutionProvide on-site support to customer go-liveLiaise with other departments to resolve remaining issuesComplete the support handover processSupport colleagues and assist in spreading application knowledgeMaintain consistent and traceable documentationLearn new functionalities available on the TrakCare product Technologies: SupportProject ManagerAdaAI More:
