Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year
Requirements: Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training, workshops and/or presentationsExcellent consultative skills and ability to articulate and communicate ideasExperience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messagingAt least 3 years experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of PAS processes in the UKDeep understanding of PAS rules, PAS workflows, and requirements within private and public hospitals in the UKExperience contributing to a multi-disciplined teamExperience writing functional documentsExperience with business process mappingKnowledge of information systemsExperience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations, including government/public and/or private sector businessesExperience implementing software solutionsExposure to IT services in a customer-facing settingPrevious experience as an Application or Configuration SpecialistPrevious experience of change managementGood computer skillsExperience conducting software testingUniversity degree in Science, Engineering, or ClinicalProficiency in English Responsibilities: Use our healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure we contract and implement products in a successful, standard, and timely mannerBecome an expert product resource for customers and understand customer processes, assess solution fit, and advise on the best standard implementation approachAdvise customers on driving maximum benefits from the solution while keeping customer-specific work to a minimumLiaise with various areas of the business as neededKeep up to date with new product developments through the normal product release cycleAct as a Subject Matter Expert for the PAS / Revenue Cycle Management module of TrakCareVisit customer sites and support projects that may require regular travelReview proposal and tender documentation and identify gaps in functionalityAnalyse customer processes and identify gaps and possible solutionsRun proposed solution presentations and customer induction workshopsConsult and advise customers on how adopting our solution can improve existing processesPropose solutions by mapping existing product components and minimising variations from standard productsProduce business requirements maps, solution design documents, and validation scriptsWork with customers to ensure early data collection information is gathered correctly and on scheduleLog additional configuration through the change process and follow up with the product teamSet up customer site configurationCreate validation scripts for agreed configurationParticipate in validating the configured system and migrated dataLog errors following standard corporate procedureSupport customer validation and troubleshoot issues during implementation phasesFollow up on test fixes and work with the Project Manager/Product Team to implement fixesDistinguish issues from change requests and log them appropriatelyDocument handover documentation for SupportParticipate in the dry run processPrepare train-the-trainer materialConduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as requiredTrain customer trainers on TrakCare functions as per the customer solutionProvide on-site support to customer go-liveLiaise with other departments to resolve remaining issuesComplete the support handover processSupport colleagues and help spread application knowledgeMaintain consistent and traceable documentationLearn new TrakCare functionalities as they become available Technologies: AISupportProject Manager More:
