Requirements: Active SC Clearance.Experience working as a Systems Architect or Solutions Architect.Minimum 1 year of experience in an Architect position (or equivalent).Over 5 years experience as an IT professional.TOGAF or BCS ISEB Architecture certification.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.Experience translating business and feature requirements into technical specifications.Experience designing enterprise-scale technology solutions.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.Experience working across Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and RPA, Application Support & Maintenance, Systems Integration, SAP, Testing, Big Data, and Digital Workplace solutions. Responsibilities: Analyse business requirements and translate them into solution architectures.Lead the design of complex systems and enterprise-level solutions.Shape innovative and competitive technical solutions aligned to business objectives.Define architectural strategy, standards and implementation approaches.Provide technical leadership across solution design and delivery teams.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams covering cloud, AI, integration, application development, testing and digital transformation initiatives.Ensure architecture governance, design quality and adherence to best practice.Support the development of new architectural approaches and mentor colleagues within the wider architecture community.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are a leading digital transformation organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of complex digital solutions across large-scale enterprise environments. The role is based in London with a working arrangement of 3 days onsite and a 6-month contract length from 01/10/2026 to 31/03/2027. The day rate is £690 per day, IR35 status is to confirm, and active SC clearance is required. We work closely with delivery, engineering and business stakeholders to define, design and implement scalable, secure and commercially viable solutions, and to drive digital transformation initiatives.
