Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Manager or senior IT professional within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or process-led environments.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.Experience implementing or supporting ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems.Comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity while contributing strategically.Experience delivering technology projects and business system integrations.Exposure to greenfield, start-up, expansion, or transformation environments would be highly advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of our IT and OT strategy.Build and support infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and business-critical systems.Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP, MES, CRM, and other operational platforms.Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.Support commissioning activities and ensure technology readiness for operational scale-up.Manage technology suppliers, procurement, and external partners.Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve operational performance.
