We are seeking an experienced IT Support Operator to join our busy IT Service Desk team in London for a 1 month rolling contract. This is a hands-on 1st line support role supporting staff and members with day-to-day technical issues, with a focus on professional, helpful service. The role is based in London near Oxford Street / Bond Street Station, with a hybrid working arrangement and 40% of time office-based. The position is 35 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 5pm. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, explains technical issues clearly, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
