Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements: Experience delivering Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.Proven experience managing technical workstreams across Oracle implementations.Experience coordinating technical delivery teams including integration, reporting, data migration, testing and technical consulting resources.Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and Oracle implementation methodologies.Experience delivering integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud and related enterprise integration technologies.Experience supporting data migration, technical testing, cutover and deployment activities.Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and systems integration concepts.Experience delivering cloud-based technology solutions within complex business environments.Ability to manage scope, plans, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones across technical workstreams.Experience supporting programme governance, reporting and quality assurance activities.Strong stakeholder management skills across technology, architecture and programme delivery teams.Experience working alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to develop delivery plans and implementation approaches.Understanding of security, controls and compliance requirements within enterprise technology environments.Experience working with offshore, nearshore and distributed delivery teams.Practical understanding of DevOps, automation and modern delivery methodologies.Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts and their application within technology delivery.Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery, testing, estimation, documentation or reporting activities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to travel when required.Oracle Cloud certifications across ERP, OCI, Integration Cloud or Platform Services.Experience supporting multi-country Oracle transformation programmes.Understanding of enterprise data architecture and data management principles.Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation and data-driven techniques to improve testing, reporting, risk identification and delivery performance.Experience in a consulting environment.Experience with Oracle technical tools and capabilities such as OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, Visual Builder, extensions, security or reporting.Practical programme management experience including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management and stakeholder management practices.Ability to obtain UK Government Security Clearance. Responsibilities: Manage technical workstreams across Oracle Cloud transformation programmes covering Finance, Supply Chain, Projects and Enterprise Platforms.Coordinate the delivery of integrations, reporting, data migration, environments, testing, security and deployment activities.Lead teams of technical specialists, integration consultants and data consultants across programme workstreams.Partner closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into practical technical delivery plans.Support delivery governance activities, ensuring alignment to programme objectives, milestones and quality expectations.Manage technical risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans.Coordinate technical planning activities across design, build, testing, cutover and deployment phases.Drive technical quality assurance and support adherence to our delivery standards.Monitor delivery progress and provide reporting to programme leadership and client stakeholders.Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and automation to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.Collaborate with client technology teams and programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.Support business development activities, proposals and technical estimations where required.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Oracle Delivery Services methodologies, tools and assets.Coach and support junior technical consultants and delivery team members.
