Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with front end experience in JavaScript and modern Angular; we use Angular 21.We need experience with relational databases and SQL query writing.We need a good understanding of REST APIs, real-time systems, and CI/CD.We value strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies.We are looking for experience in start-ups or SMEs with a variety of responsibilities.We want someone who is collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills, and who is happy to mentor and develop others.We are looking for someone degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, gained at a top tier university.Experience with Angular Ionic for mobile applications would be great but is not essential. Responsibilities: We are re-architecting and enhancing our front end scheduling platform to an Angular codebase.We focus on frontend projects using modern Angular 21.We write and optimise SQL database queries.We have some Java backend exposure as part of the role.We contribute to technical discussions and decision making as a senior member of a small team.We influence best practice and technology choices.We work on a complex real-time shift rota application hosted on AWS and available via web and mobile devices. We are offering a hands-on, impactful JavaScript Developer / Full Stack Engineer role on a tech for good product that is helping drive efficiencies for the NHS. Our core product is a highly complex real-time shift rota application hosted on AWS and available via the web or mobile device, and the role is based in London with a mix of office time in the City and flexible home working.
