Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year
Requirements: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical leadership, system architecture, or customer project environmentsProven experience designing and leading complex integrated solutions involving multiple technologies and stakeholdersStrong command of full data center architecture, including cooling, UPS, medium and low voltage electrical distribution, transformers, and power trainExpertise in technical solution architecture and system integrationStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling, automation, digital, and software solutionsAbility to understand customer challenges, influence technical decisions, and translate business needs into practical solutionsCapability to assess technical risks, manage complex interfaces, and make sound decisions in ambiguous environmentsExperience working in international and matrix organizationsExperience in data center environments is highly desirableKnowledge of system integration involving both Schneider Electric and third-party technologies is a strong advantageFluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage Responsibilities: Act as the technical authority for complex Data Center and Multi-System Integration opportunitiesBuild the bridge between customer specifications and our factories once the customer publishes its RFQCheck that the technical response meets the specification and manage deviations through to first orderDrive end-to-end technical coordination with a high level of autonomy and no direct line managementCapture, analyze, and translate customer requirements into integrated and scalable technical solutionsDefine and lead the overall solution architecture across electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital, software, and third-party systemsDesign and prescribe standard architectures for key regional accountsDevelop differentiated and competitive technical strategies to support business growth and increase the likelihood of success on complex opportunitiesLead technical solution development, including system integration, design optimization, equipment selection, and engineering scope definitionEnsure compliance with customer specifications, our standards, industry regulations, and technical governance requirementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, assumptions, constraints, and interface challenges throughout the opportunity lifecycleSupport customer workshops, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, and solution validation activitiesDefine engineering effort, resource requirements, and execution assumptions to support successful delivery after project awardProvide technical leadership and guidance to tendering, engineering, sales, and execution teamsContribute to innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Technologies: CloudSupportMatrix More:

You will join our OneSol Europe Team within the Cloud & Service Providers organization, supporting strategic Data Center accounts across Europe, in a hybrid position based in France, the UK, or Spain. For this France-based position, the expected pay range is EUR 63,200 to EUR 94,800 per year, including base pay and target short-term incentives.
