Salary: £56,000 - 96,000 per year
Requirements: We have experience in an organization providing data or analytics services.We understand data concepts, including systems, models, and databases.We have current and extensive SQL coding skills.We have current and extensive Tableau workbook development skills.We are currently developing cloud-based solutions using Git, AWS S3, and Redshift.We have proven ability to solve complex customer problems.We have an understanding of aviation data.We have technical curiosity in AI and want to help drive our AI initiative as we build the best-in-class aviation data platform. Responsibilities: We work with sales and presales to understand customer needs, translate them into delivery requirements, and develop Statements of Work, including negotiation on fulfilment costs.We deliver Statements of Work based on scope, assign client cost and delivery timelines, balance workloads across the team, and approve client proposals while supporting presales negotiations.We deliver client solutions to contracted dates and within target cost and margin, identifying and mitigating commercial and delivery risks in a timely manner.We monitor the commercial pipeline to ensure all information is available and delivery resource is aligned.We support clients from presales through to delivery and beyond, acting as the primary delivery contact point and assessing customer satisfaction.We provide regular reporting on delivery status and commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and utilization.We work directly with clients to scope work and manage delivery pipelines to exceed customer expectations.
