Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements: Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions, preferably within cloud environments such as Azure.Experience with Azure-based AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry.Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI on real-world problems.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business problems into technical solutions.Experience deploying AI models into production environments.Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies. Responsibilities: Join our newly established AI Accelerator team as an AI Engineer and help shape our global digital strategy.Collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions for real-world challenges.Transition successful prototypes into full-scale deployments that improve how we operate and the services we deliver to our clients.Work within our wider Data & Decision Science function in the Transformation and Digital Insights team.Deliver impactful bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders in our Azure cloud environments.Work closely with our consultancy teams to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI for transformation.Partner with our clients across the market sectors we serve.Turn ideas into practical solutions and put them into everyday use.
