Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: Experience applying machine learning in production settings, with exposure to deep learning techniques and their practical useExperience working with deep learning and distributed computing frameworks to support large-scale modelsFamiliarity with training models across multiple GPUs using distributed or parallel approaches, or a strong interest in developing this expertiseA solid understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering practices, including data pipelines, CI/CD, containerisation and observability, with experience or interest in MLOps toolingComfortable supporting others through technical guidance, mentoring or knowledge sharing, and contributing to wider engineering initiatives across ASOS Responsibilities: Join our cross-functional Outfits Discovery team as a Senior Machine Learning EngineerProductionise machine learning systems that help our customers discover and shop complete outfits aligned with their personal style and current fashion trendsWork as a senior individual contributor building high-scale ML capabilitiesBuild and improve our causal algorithms for the pricing and customer targeting spacePartner with scientists to implement and deploy at-scale solutions for our hundreds of millions of customers and productsDeploy batch and online machine learning models at high scaleContinuously develop and improve our code and technology, and contribute to new feature conceptionMentor and coach junior team members and support their technical progressContribute to the teams technical direction, establish ML standards, and drive quality across our ML communityShare expertise gained from the team across ASOS Technologies: CI/CDExcelSupportMachine LearningMLOps More:
