Salary: £76,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements: We have experience in support design reviews and customer meetings, presenting ILS evidence and guidance and ensuring AR&M and supportability aspects are effectively communicated and addressed.We have experience in ILS on mission-critical programmes, with awareness of the Defence Logistics Framework and Def Stan 00-600.We understand ILS methods including supportability analysis, software support, safety, supply support, maintenance, and progressive assurance.We have experience applying AR&M methodologies within engineering projects.We have strong stakeholder skills and are able to influence and build trust.We ideally hold a Higher National Certificate or above in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or have relevant industry or defence experience.We are familiar with tools such as PTC Windchill Risk and Reliability, Reliasoft, OPUS, Simlox, Matlab/Simulink, Raytheon EAGLE suite, Jira, or Python, although this is not essential. Responsibilities: We analyse, assess, and influence the design of the next generation of Leonardo products to ensure they are reliable, easy to maintain, and meet customer requirements.We own and contribute to a variety of supportability analysis tasks.We develop an understanding of and apply through-life costing principles.We tailor programmes of work to applicable standards and guidance.We apply supportability tools effectively.We contribute confidently to team tasks and outputs.We work closely with other disciplines as part of our daily business.We produce work independently and exercise sound judgement.We support and develop other team members.We independently identify problems and propose solutions.We peer-review colleagues work.We identify opportunities for and participate in continuous improvement activities.
