Salary: £76,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements: Minimum three years experience working as a tester.Demonstrable ability to write efficient and effective manual tests.Strong interest in the technical side of information technology and software development.Working knowledge of Ubuntu or other Linux distributions.Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira and Xray.Comfortable using command line tools.Debugging and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.STEM degree or similar equivalent qualifications.Demonstrable experience with networking.Knowledge of vulnerability management and CVE best practices. Responsibilities: Work in our Agile development teams as a Test Engineer.Provide high-quality testing services to our engineering team.Work closely with developers and the product owner.Develop a deep understanding of the product and system under test.Design, write, and maintain automated and manual test cases.Execute test plans including scripted, exploratory, regression, and integration testing.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.Participate actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning and reviews.Evaluate test results, document defects, and report status to the team. We are hiring a Test Engineer to join our Agile development teams in a hybrid London office/remote setup, reporting to the QA Team Lead.
