Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in full-stack software or ML engineering with strong Python development practices, including CI/CD, testing, multithreading or asynchronous execution, and PEP8 standardsExperience designing, testing, and deploying production-scale AI/ML solutions, including APIs, microservices, cloud deployment, endpoint deployment, registries, and pipelinesExperience with LLM-based applications such as NLP, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, Graph RAG, and fine-tuningProficiency with ML tools and the modern ecosystem, including PyTorch, MLflow, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemyExperience retrieving data from structured, unstructured, and web sources, including Selenium, Playwright, Pandas, and XMLExperience with Azure, including Azure Fabric, Data Factory, and integrated services such as ML Studio, Foundry, Synapse, and CosmosAwareness of advances in the AI ecosystem and eagerness to explore, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutionsExperience leading end-to-end data client projects from proof of concept through to production and cloud environmentsEvidence of deploying GenAI or ML models in production systems with a strong grasp of data engineering lifecycles, MLOps, and LLMOpsDesirable experience with other cloud provider ML and LLM services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and boto3Desirable experience with image analysis and extraction tools such as Google Cloud Vision, Document Intelligence, and MarkItDownDesirable knowledge of agentic protocols and their implementation, including MCP, ACP, and A2ADesirable experience building Azure-native RAG and vector search solutionsRelevant certifications such as AI-102 or DP-100 are desirable Responsibilities: Work closely with our Tax and Legal SMEs to understand business and client challenges and document detailed project requirementsSupport the design, development, documentation, and technical delivery of advanced analytics, automation, and AI solutions that streamline repetitive business tasksProcess, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis, and source additional data where neededAnalyse complex datasets using a variety of techniques and present results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport our data science team in building and maintaining code in-house and in the cloudProactively develop novel AI engineering and automation solutions aligned with business requirements and project pipelinesTake data science solutions from proof of concept through to full production systemsCreate, monitor, and troubleshoot APIsWork collaboratively with the business and our team Technologies: AIAzureCI/CDCloudFabricFastAPIFine-tuningSupportLLMMCPMLflowMLOpsPlaywrightPyTorchPythonRAGSeleniumWebXMLmicroservicespandasAPISQL More:
