Requirements: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with advanced applied experienceStrong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for developer and operations toolingProficiency in Python, with working knowledge of TypeScript/React for web tooling and SQL for full-stack workProficiency using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, review, test acceleration, and troubleshooting, with the ability to validate outputs for correctness, performance, and securityStrong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectationsSolid grounding in testing, reliability, and maintainable system design, with comfort in layered architectures, event-driven systems, and distributed stateAbility to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces and collaborate effectively across teamsSkill in turning loosely defined requirements into robust, widely adopted solutions, using a vertical-slice-first approachWorking knowledge of modern engineering workflows, including testing, CI/CD, static analysis, version control, and deploymentDemonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools, with strong validation standards for AI outputsExperience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption of AI-assisted workflows within delivery practices Responsibilities: Build and evolve engineering productivity tooling that helps developers make changes with confidence, including change management, regression and behaviour-comparison testing, and codebase health at scaleBuild and evolve operational tooling, including real-time monitoring, alerting, and workflow frameworks that give Operations users visibility and controlDrive strategic platform initiatives that reshape how core capabilities such as runtime configuration and large-scale codebase cleanup are managed safely and deterministicallyDesign and evolve real-time, event-driven systems built on modern streaming platformsEmbed AI capabilities into team-owned products, including intelligent recommendations, accelerated user actions, and structured, reviewable outputs using approved enterprise AI toolingOwn features across their full lifecycle, including discovery, design, implementation, rollout, telemetry, and operational supportTranslate ambiguous asks from Operations teams, LOB engineers, and Controls partners into reusable platform capabilitiesPartner with Controls and Audit stakeholders to implement effective, low-friction engineering controls in change management and release workflowsInfluence engineering standards and best practices across a broad developer community through RFCs, guidance, and reference implementationsDrive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and promote reuse of effective patterns across the team Technologies: AICI/CDSupportPythonReactSQLSecurityTypeScriptWeb More:
