Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: We require strong Python software engineering experience, including API development.We require hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale in production.We require a strong understanding of scalable MLOps, observability, and cloud-native AI deployment.We require advanced stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and project management skills in Agile environments.We require a 2.1 or above bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM discipline.Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is advantageous.Experience with deep learning frameworks is advantageous.Experience with tools such as Langfuse, Langsmith, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) is advantageous.Experience with bias mitigation techniques is advantageous. Responsibilities: We design and develop autonomous AI systems integrating multi-modal LLMs, including text, image, audio, and video.We design agentic workflows that enable AI agents to interact with data sources and APIs using prompt engineering and RAG.We optimise and deploy large language and multi-modal models with a focus on performance and latency.We build scalable MLOps pipelines and full-stack applications to support robust, production-grade AI deployments.We guide multidisciplinary teams and clients through strategic decisions in AI engineering and GenAI adoption using a consultative approach.
