About this role
Job Descriptions: This programme is aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector. It equips our candidates with strong management skills and the relevant industry best practices. This six-month programme will be conducted across our plantations in Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistic Management, or Tranpostation Management
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience
• Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc.
• Willing to attend training for 6 months (3 months in class training and 3 months OJT) and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations
• Location Training : Batu Ampar - Kalimantan Selatan
