Job Description Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair. • Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other production processes. • Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining proper equipment care, production schedules, and workplace housekeeping. • Comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop. • Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Secondary education or equivalent qualification. • NTC, ITE certification, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred. • Relevant experience in thermal spray, coating, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, turbine repair, or a related field is advantageous. • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as structured on-the-job training will be provided. • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation. • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
