Job Description Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
• development of technological processes for PMx and BMS, where acceptable • change and supplement existing technological processes by entering PMx and BMS where acceptable • correction of technological processes due to changes - revisions of drafts or changes in working methods • analyzes the selection of standard devices and preparations and proposes the development of special devices • solving current problems in the plant and various technological problems • making technological sketches • preparation of bases for bids for repeatable positions • determines and writes norms on technological process / technological sketches • monitors and analyzes the time of production and timely informs everyone in the chain in case of deviations • resolving non-conformities in production • development of technical requirements for ordering cooperation works • continuous monitoring and analysis of all activities on projects and taking corrective actions with the aim of simplifying work, increasing the technological level and achieving greater profitability • reporting to superiors on all significant deviations in terms of quality, deadlines and costs and proposing corrective actions • compliance with occupational safety systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 • respect for order, cleanliness, safety and visual identity • in performing the above activities takes into account: customer requirements, QA regulations, quality, cost-effectiveness of production, cost control and available GE machinery and, if necessary, outside it • initiating preventive and corrective actions in case of established deviations from normal work procedures • providing the right information in the field of their work to the manager and other participants with whom he contacts in the work • making all changes, additions and corrections during the work process, either during the development process or during production • access to the GE work instructions system and the Intranet
Required Qualifications
• Master/ Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• English language knowledge - in speech and writing, fluent in Croatian
• Computer skills - MS Office package, Internet, Auto-CAD, PMx, BMS, Catia V5, GTCC PLM
• Working experience is not required
• Technological knowledge - knowledge of tools and processing modes
• Valid work permit for Croatia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
