Job Description Summary Lead and coordinate the Sourcing organization's operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, supplier claims governance, and company-wide communications. Drive alignment on strategic priorities, KPIs, and budgets across global teams while ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes. Support sourcing teams in resolving operational challenges, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and establishing consistent ways of working. Manage supplier-facing communications and key engagement events, including quarterly business reviews and the Wind Supplier Conference, overseeing logistics, budgets, and execution to strengthen supplier partnerships. Requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, project management, and budget planning capabilities, with experience in sourcing, manufacturing, projects, or finance and an interest in supplier risk management and due diligence.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Sourcing organization's internal operating mechanisms: weekly Sourcing committee and Leadership staff meetings, biweekly reviews of supplier claims, quarterly All Hands • Drive alignment on priorities, KPIs and budget across the teams. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support key objectives. Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements. • Support Sourcing teams in navigating operational challenges and driving consistent way of working. • Facilitate preparation of the main external communications: Quarterly Supplier Business meetings and ad-hoc announcements, invitations for the events • Act as a central coordination point for preparation of the Wind Supplier Conference. Managing logistics, budget and flawless execution to strengthen supplier relationships and drive collaboration.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) • At least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects or Finance. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to influence team members. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Structured approach to solving complex tasks. • Permanent Work Permit for location
