About this role
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the service business development and sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets. • Identify new business opportunities for preventive maintenance, comprehensive maintenance, extended warranty, and managed service contracts. • Drive the renewal and expansion of existing service contracts, improving customer retention and contract penetration. • Analyze the installed equipment base to identify new service contract and spare parts sales opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and key decision-makers. • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities. • Collaborate with Technical Operations to develop competitive service offerings and pricing strategies. • Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations. • Coordinate with customers regarding spare parts sales for Fresenius devices. • Work closely with Finance on contract billing, renewals, receivables, and outstanding payment follow-up. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines. • Monitor the market and provide insights on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and business opportunities. • Manage and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution. • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Service, Technical Operations, and Finance. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Service Sales, or Key Account Management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or technical service industry. • Experience in service contracts, maintenance agreements, spare parts sales, or after-sales services is highly preferred. • Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and customer relationship management skills. • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, procurement teams, or biomedical departments is an advantage. • Knowledge of tender and quotation processes is preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish. • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
