Responsible for the establishment and implementation of an effective insurance program for the insurable risk exposures within the company. Leads and drives the process for the insurance claims to ensure the company optimizes the insurance coverage secured and ensure its immediate settlement by the insurer. Also responsible for creating awareness regarding insurance and risk management culture to drive insurability and reduce premium costs. Provides leadership and technical guidance to professional employees and is accountable for their performance and results as a team.
