This is a fully remote role within Poland, with optional access to our Warsaw office for those who prefer a hybrid environment. What You'll Do
• Support compensation reporting and analytics across EMEA • Assist with pay transparency and compliance initiatives • Participate in salary surveys and market pricing activities • Support job evaluations and compensation review cycles • Help maintain accurate compensation data and reporting What We're Looking For
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Interest in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, or People Data • 1-3 years of relevant Compensation or HR experience What We Offer
