We're seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Programming & Analytics Specialist to lead the development of innovative clinical data solutions leveraging SAS, Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, Spotfire, and Tableau.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data quality, operational efficiency, and meaningful clinical insights. What You'll Do
• Lead the development and support of clinical technology solutions across global studies. • Design, validate, and optimize complex SAS programs, datasets, edit checks, listings, and reconciliations. • Create impactful visual analytics dashboards using Spotfire and Tableau. • Serve as a technical SME for EDC systems, clinical programming, and data solutions. • Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements that enhance quality and productivity. • Partner with global Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations teams to deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Programming, Data Management, SAS Programming, Spotfire, Tableau, or EDC systems. • Experience with clinical trial data and clinical research environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently within a global, collaborative environment. • Fluency in English.
