Cell culture supporting cell line generation - passaging cells, banking, expression studies (shake flask/bioreactor studies)Plate Screening – whole cell 96 well plate formats, hit picking/consolidation, antibody captureEquipment experience – cell counters, metabolite analyzers, titer measurement, liquid handlersPhenotypic suitability assays, flow cytometry analysis, and software analysis and reportsImaging automation and data miningOverall general lab support - order media/materials, restocking supplies, eLN documentation Bachelor's degree in Science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major)At least 1 year of experience in the lab settingStrong aseptic techniqueStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailExperience in molecular and cell biology lab techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesProficiency in IT-related skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM. Overtime as needed.
