About this role

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

The Compensation & Benefits Project Manager will support the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team with the execution, coordination, administration and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits processes.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting, analytics, governance and HR systems projects across an international environment.

POSITION & OBJECTIVES:

Key Responsibilities

Deputy to Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team

Act as the operational partner and trusted Deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team.Support prioritisation and execution of strategic initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional activities involving HR and Finance staff, and Eurofins company leaders.Ensure commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.Take ownership of recurring operational responsibilities.Support key guidance document review cycles and updates in accordance with business priorities.Annual Compensation Review Coordination

Coordinate the annual compensation and bonus review process for staff at the local corporate office.Manage timelines, milestones, communications and deliverables.Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance throughout the process.Produce dashboards, reports and management presentations.Monitor progress and proactively identify risks and delays.Drive the completion of actions across multiple stakeholders and functions.Compensation Analytics & Reporting

Consolidate and analyse large volumes of HR and financial data.Develop KPIs, reports, dashboards and executive summaries.Support decision-making through data-driven insights.Perform recurring analyses related to compensation, bonuses and workforce trends.Ensure accuracy, reliability and consistency of data.Project Management & Process Excellence

Lead and coordinate compensation-related projects.Improve, document and standardise processes.Develop efficient workflows, templates and operational procedures.Ensure strong governance and follow-up on deliverables.Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.Receive and process feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement.Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Administration

Coordinate administration of long-term incentive plans.Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders.Ensure smooth execution, controls and participant communications.Support the preparation of analyses and materials for senior management. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.

Experience

The ideal candidate has a background in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management, HR Operations or Business Analytics. Success in this role will depend far more on execution capabilities, project management discipline, analytical strength, ownership and the ability to deliver complex recurring processes on time, rather than on prior Compensation & Benefits expertise. We are looking for a highly driven individual who takes accountability, follows through on commitments and can take on the role of a reliable Deputy to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits Team.

In addition, the ideal candidate has:

Approximately 5+ years of professional experience.Experience in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, HR Operations, Project Management, Business Analytics or similar analytical functions.Experience managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders, while exposure to international environments and compensation processes and/or HRIS management being considered a plus.Project management & deadline discipline, with an affinity for continuous improvement and process optimisation.Analytical skills and strong attention to detail, with a key focus on ownership & accountability.
