Perform automated ELISAs and other plate-based assays (including cell based assay), on vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples in a high-throughput environmentExecute testing, data analysis per appropriate test methods and proceduresReagent preparation/aliquotingPrepare solutions, culture media, and maintain cell linesPerform volume verification (Artel) to confirm suitability of automated liquid handlers for method readinessAssist in general upkeep of the laboratory and maintain a clean and organized work environmentMaintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP) Bachelors degree in Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific concentrationAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship1-2 years related laboratory experience including ELISAs, aseptic and cell culture techniquesExperience with automation equipment and software: TecanDynamic DevicesBiotek (washers, dispensers, imagers)Cellario software Position is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
