What You'll Do
As a Lab Accessioner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring DNA testing cases move smoothly from sample receipt through final reporting. Your day may include:
Receiving and processing incoming sample packagesReviewing documentation for accuracy and completenessEntering client information into our laboratory systemsTracking the progress of cases from start to finishPreparing reports and case-related documentsScanning and filing paperworkMaintaining confidential information and compliance requirementsMeeting quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment Previous laboratory experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Communicating with others to exchange information.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.Manual dexterity to handle, label, and file samples and paperwork.Standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling to accomplish tasks and transport samples from accessioning area to laboratory.
