We are recruiting Cleaning & Catering Assistants to support services across our hospitals. As a key member of the team, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and support patient meal services, contributing directly to patient experience, comfort and safety.

Competitive pay rates include:
£12.92 per hour for weekday shifts £18.22 per hour for weekday nights (after 8pm) and Saturdays £23.64 per hour for Sundays and Bank Holiday
Main duties of the job
What you'll be doing:
Cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas in line with NHS standards and infection prevention procedures. Maintaining wards, patient areas, bathrooms and communal spaces to a high standard. Preparing and serving food and beverages to patients. Cleaning kitchen and food service areas. Safely handling waste, linen and cleaning equipment. Working as part of a friendly team to deliver excellent support services The shifts we have available are:
Monday to Friday 07:10-13:30 - 30 hours a week Monday to Friday 16:30-19:30 - 15 hours a week Two week rolling rota - 30 hours a week Two week rolling rota - 21 hours a week We also offer great benefits which include:-

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training Essential
Basic Education - Reading and writing plus basic numeric skills
Desirable
NVQ Level 1 or Cleaning Experience in a similar field
Knowledge and Experience Desirable
Previous NHS experience
