Are you an experienced General Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking primary care team? At Rosedean House Surgery, we are looking for a dedicated Salaried GP to join our team.
Main duties of the job
Working as a core member of our multidisciplinary team (alongside Practice Nurses, ACPs, Care Coordinators and Pharmacists), you will help shape the future of a valuable local service that cares for approximately 10,000 registered patients.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Balanced Clinical Delivery: Managing a balanced mix of 15-minute appointments across face-to-face, telephone consultations, and home visits.Complex Care Management: Providing patient-focussed, evidence-based care across planned and urgent primary care presentations.MDT Leadership: Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure complex and long-term condition patients receive the right care from the right clinician.Potential career progression opportunities within the Group, driving primary care excellence across the organisation.Opportunities to develop portfolio responsibilities both within the practice and across wider group services.

The surgery has served the local community since 1874 from its Grade II listed building and is home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients. We also have exciting plans to deliver a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the surgery in the very near future.

Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Essential
Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare. A collaborative mindset with the drive to mentor and support the wider multidisciplinary primary care team.
Qualifications Essential
Registration: GMC Registered General Practitioner, on the GP Specialty Register, and on the NHS Performers List.
Experience Essential
Experience: Post-CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care.
