About this role

Job summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide high-quality administrative and business support to the Contracts Team. The successful candidate will play akey role in supporting contract management activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication with bothinternal colleagues and external providers.Key responsibilities will include monitoring the progress of contract documentation, managing meeting administration and associated governance processes, maintaining theKent and Medway contracts register, and assisting with the resolution of queries. The role will also involve engaging with providers and staff across the organisation andmanaging the team mailbox

Main duties of the job

Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis; Provide business and administrative support to the CCG contracts team Assist in the preparation of contracts documentation with support Meetings administration Maintain the Kent and Medway contracts register Provide support to resolving queries, engaging with providers and CCG staff as appropriate and managing the team mailbox Please note, this vacancy does not meet the criteria for skilled worker sponsorship and therefore, we are unable to accept applications from candidates that cannot provide documentary evidence of right to work in the United Kingdom.

Proven experience working within an administrative role

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
