Please note that this is a part-time role with various hours available to include inreach and outreach Healthcare Assistant work. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting high-quality sexual health care across Leicestershire and Rutland. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support clinicians during consultations and procedures, undertake routine observations, and assist with sexual health screenings. High standards of infection control and confidentiality are essential, and you will be required to maintain accurate clinical records. The role requires travel across Leicestershire and Rutland and offers flexible working hours. The role involves working across both hub and outreach locations throughout Leicestershire and Rutland, providing a diverse and engaging working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing clinic rooms and equipment. Supporting clinicians during patient consultations and procedures. Undertaking routine observations and assisting with patient care. Supporting sexual health screening and health promotion activities. Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation. Ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control. Providing a professional, confidential and non-judgemental service to all patients. Supporting service delivery across a range of clinic locations.
