1.依排程調配生產順序，讓產線順利前進。 2.調度人力、安排工作內容，帶領團隊一起達成目標。 3.進行設備保養與改善，維持穩定良好的生產狀況。 4.執行人員訓練，提升團隊技能。 5.推動並監督作業標準化，確保品質一致。 6.面對異常狀況，協調與檢討、找方法改善。 7.配合主管安排與交辦任務。 薪資35,000元起(依實際業務或工作執行情形核算)
