About this role
Williams is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving. If you’re a skilled plumber who knows how to get the job done and is ready to take the lead, we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend your time in the field leading your crew, solving problems, coordinating the work, and jumping in when the job needs you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently
• Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done right
• Work hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
• Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality
• Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Strong plumbing experience and knowledge of the trade
• Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
• Required plumbing licenses/certifications
