Your Role As Our Business Support Administrator
Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobsProviding strong administrative support for maintenance worksCoordinating programmed works schedulesWorking to meet customer and client expectationsValidating each job to ensure the required information is availableEnsuring all regulatory information is updated, logged and logged to relevant systemAdministrating works to support Supervisors\Site Managers to enable them toProvide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and support Supervisor\Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements What We Need from You.
Good level of educationTo be competent in all aspects of administration tasks and have good organisational skillsHave a strong coordinator experience, with a focus of good customer serviceAbility to operate a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skillsSocial Housing experience would be advantageous Why Liberty?
