X1 End of Tenancy Painter
We are looking to recruit an end of tenancy painter to work in X1 residential and student properties throughout Manchester and Salford. Whilst experience is a bonus, we're also willing to hear from applicants without painting/decorating experience, but with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities of the role include: Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork in residential and student properties to a high standardCompleting cosmetic remedial works after leaks have been repairedAssisting with basic end-of-tenancy maintenance issues, such as resealing showers, replacing toilet seats and building furniture (all training provided)Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard Essential requirements: Full UK Driving Licence - access to own vehicle essentialA strong work ethic and enthusiasm for a physical, hands-on jobAbility to work primarily independently, as well as being a strong team player.Good organisational skills needed to manage workload and calendars efficiently. Location: Manchester Contract type: Permanent, full time Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday, with overtime available. Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience
