Primary Responsibilities Include:
Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis to Keep the hotel décor in good conditionPrepare and paint surfaces of building structure, furniture and equipment using proper application techniques and various products.Respond to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Ability to carry out physically demanding taskExcellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.Experience in commercial and/or construction painting techniques.Great attention to detail
