Casual, part-time and full-time opportunities Competitive site-based pay rates — up to Level 5 4–12 hour shifts available Weekday, weekend, day and night shifts Training and uniforms provided Opportunities for career progression Work with a reputable national security company What You'll Be Doing Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: Providing professional customer service to visitors, contractors and clients Conducting building and perimeter patrols Monitoring CCTV and access control systems Gatehouse and access control duties Managing contractors and deliveries Responding to incidents and emergency situations Identifying and reporting hazards and security risks Supporting tenants, clients and facilities teams Preparing incident and security reports Event security duties Other security and site-specific duties What We're Looking For Current Security Licence - Mandatory Current First Aid - Mandatory Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights Strong customer service and communication skills Professional presentation and a proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly Desirable: Crowd Control endorsement Own reliable transport Experience with CCTV and access control systems Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
