Részletes leírás Interim Head of Compliance & Integrity This fixed-term leadership assignment ensures the continuous and effective operation of the Compliance & Integrity function during a maternity leave period. The role combines team leadership, governance, reporting, advisory support and close cooperation with Porsche Holding Salzburg and Volkswagen Group compliance organizations. Your role: • Leading the Compliance Team (2 FTE and an intern) and ensuring continuity of all critical Compliance & Integrity activities • Acting as the main liaison with Porsche Holding Salzburg and Volkswagen Group compliance teams • Coordinating mandatory group-level reporting, including half-year, Compliance Management System and hot-topic reports • Representing the function in ethics, operational risk, HR compliance, Center of Competence, outsourcing and other compliance-relevant governance forums • Monitoring regulatory changes and coordinating their implementation in local policies and control systems • Managing whistleblowing, ethical, conflict-of-interest and integrity matters, including escalation where required • Supporting third-party risk processes, compliance approvals, audits and investigations • Continuously monitoring compliance risks and ensuring their timely assessment, mitigation and escalation to the appropriate management and Group-level functions. • Providing practical compliance advice to management and responding to ad hoc headquarters inquiries • Preparing and coordinating the 2027 Compliance Program, including annual compliance objectives, risk assessment activities, reporting, communication, training and policy review plans • Coordinating compliance communication, awareness campaigns, newsletters and mandatory training programs • Localizing headquarters communications and ensuring timely data provision to Porsche Holding Salzburg and Volkswagen Group We are searching for you if you have: • Higher education degree in law, economics or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, governance, ethics, legal or internal controls • Leadership experience and the ability to guide a small professional team • Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to compliance • Fluent English and native-level Hungarian language skills • Outstanding collaboration, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills • A structured, independent and proactive working style, with sound judgment in sensitive matters • Experience in an international or group environment Advantage: • Knowledge of banking or financial-sector regulation • Experience with whistleblowing cases, investigations, audits or third-party risk management • Previous experience in a compliance leadership role What we can offer: • A responsible, high-visibility interim leadership role in an international corporate environment • Close cooperation with Porsche Holding Salzburg and Volkswagen Group compliance experts • A welcoming, supportive team culture where your expertise and fresh ideas are genuinely valued • Employment contract or contractor arrangement • The opportunity to ensure business continuity and make a tangible impact during a critical transition period If you are interested in the position and believe that your skills align with the requirements, don't hesitate to apply.
