Job Summary At Lube Mobile, part of the Bridgestone Australia Group, we're looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner who thrives on turning numbers into actionable business decisions. This is far more than a traditional finance role. You'll partner directly with senior leaders across the business, providing financial insights, strategic analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting that influence key decisions and drive business success. Why You'll Love This Role As a trusted advisor to the business, you will: Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic decision-making. Lead monthly management reporting, providing meaningful analysis and actionable insights. Manage month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities across the business. Develop financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives and investment decisions. Analyse business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend improvement strategies. Support capital expenditure reviews and evaluate the financial impact of key business initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and financial processes. About You We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. You'll bring: CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) Strong experience in business partnering, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting Experience preparing and presenting management reports to senior stakeholders Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability A strong understanding of commercial business drivers and performance metrics The ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial audiences Experience working with SAP, Power BI or similar reporting and FP&A tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail coupled with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset About Us Lube Mobile operates as an independent business unit under the Bridgestone Group.
