Summary The Key Account Executive (KAE) is responsible for driving daily commercial execution, financial-operational analysis, and operational excellence for the assigned Naranjas account. The primary focus of this role is to monitor sales performance, ensure supply chain fulfillment (fill rate), coordinate promotional execution, manage commercial financial administration (credit notes, deductions, payment reconciliations), and deliver actionable sales and financial insights in direct support of the Senior Key Account Manager. Responsibilities Daily Sales Monitoring & Execution: Track Sell-in and Sell-out performance, identifying operational gaps versus forecast and implementing immediate corrective action plans. Commercial Financial Management & Deductions Control: Rigorously manage and reconcile the account's operational financial portfolio. Track credit notes, resolve commercial deductions, audit operational charges and returns, and reconcile payments to maintain a clean current account balance. Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Alignment: Actively monitor Purchase Orders (POs), customer distribution center inventory levels, and fulfillment metrics (Fill Rate / OTIF) in close coordination with Supply Chain and Operations. Promotional Execution & Operational ROI Tracking: Upload, track, and validate promotional calendars in internal and customer portals, auditing financial impact and ensuring trade marketing initiatives execute on schedule at point of sale. Portfolio & Master Data Administration: Manage end-to-end administration for new product launches (SKU onboarding), price change implementations, barcode setup, and technical sheet maintenance in customer platforms. Financial & Commercial Reporting: Produce weekly/monthly sales performance reviews, operational profitability analyses by SKU/account, inventory health reports (Days of Inventory - DOI), and trade spend tracking to empower Senior KAM decision-making. Success Metrics (KPIs) Sales & Profitability Performance: Net Sales performance vs. target (Volume / Value) and account gross margin contribution. Financial & Credit Health: Timely resolution of deductions, credit note processing efficiency, and minimization of overdue balances. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Optimization: Purchase Order fulfillment rate, Fill Rate / OTIF metrics, and optimal Days of Inventory (DOI). Execution Timelines: On-time implementation of promotional activities and seamless SKU cataloging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of commercial operations experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / CPG sector. Advanced professional proficiency in English. Key Competencies Commercial Finance & Financial Rigor: Strong operational proficiency in vendor-customer financial dynamics, including trade spend, gross margins, debit/credit memo resolution, and invoicing workflows. Advanced Excel & Data Analytics: Mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex pivot tables, advanced logical and lookup formulas like XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, large dataset management, and operational financial modeling). Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous approach to managing complex data sets across pricing, promotion setups, financial deductions, and master data files. Sense of Urgency & Problem Solving: Proactive agility to resolve operational and financial bottlenecks (delivery rejections, open deductions, stockouts) with speed and structure. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Ability to partner seamlessly across internal teams (Finance, Credit & Collections, Logistics, Trade Marketing) and customer operational contacts.
