Through the regular combination of academic studies and practical experience, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our company while continuously developing your strengths. Over the course of the 3.5-year program, you will: Experience the day-to-day business of various departments at our headquarters, ranging from Purchasing to Sales, and gain insights into our organizational structure and business areas Take ownership of your own areas of responsibility and drive exciting projects forward Learn about the importance of optimal assortment management for our Heinemann Duty Free shops Continuously develop your skills through specialized training programs. Participate in meetings and negotiations with (international) business partners, often in English Receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development. Be supported throughout your studies by our Early Careers Team and a dedicated mentor within the various departments Attend lectures together with other dual students at NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn near Hamburg during the academic phases of the program Have the opportunity to gain international experience through a semester abroad, active collaboration with international business partners during business trips, and a four-week international assignment (subject to availability) Receive an attractive salary (€1,285 in the first year, €1,390 in the second year, and €1,555 in the third year), plus holiday and Christmas bonuses as well as 30 days of annual leave. Preferred Profile General university entrance qualification ( Abitur ) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification ( Fachhochschulreife ), as well as successful participation in the NORDAKADEMIE selection process Excellent German and English language skills and strong communication abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A passion for retail, ideally combined with initial practical experience, and curiosity about working with premium and exclusive brands A fresh perspective and innovative ideas in an international and dynamic environment A proactive mindset with the motivation to drive topics and projects forward and take responsibility Reliability, team spirit, and an open-minded approach to collaborating with your future teams Closure Interested?
