Scrum Master (SAFe Agile Environment) Join SMA Solar India and Drive Agile Excellence We are looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to support two Agile teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART). In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams achieve high performance through Agile best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coach and Enable High-Performing Agile Teams Guide and support two Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum and SAFe practices. Foster self-organization, ownership, accountability, and a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. 2. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies and SAFe Events Plan, facilitate, and optimize all key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring meaningful outcomes and team alignment. 3. Drive Continuous Improvement and Delivery Excellence Monitor team performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, and enable data-driven improvements that enhance productivity, predictability, quality, and value delivery. 4. Remove Impediments and Strengthen Collaboration Proactively identify and resolve team-level and cross-team impediments while facilitating effective collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams across the ART. 5. Champion Agile Transformation and Agile Maturity Support the organization's Agile journey by conducting Agile maturity assessments, coaching leaders and teams, facilitating workshops, and promoting Agile values, principles, and a growth mindset. What We're Looking For 1. Strong Scrum Master Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, with a proven track record of successfully coaching teams and delivering continuous improvement. 2. Expertise in Agile and SAFe Practices Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks , with experience working in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and supporting large-scale Agile initiatives. 3. Coaching and Facilitation Skills Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching capabilities, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change. 4. Agile Mindset and Leadership Qualities A proactive, solution-oriented professional with strong servant leadership skills, the courage to facilitate difficult conversations, and a passion for fostering Agile ways of working. 5. Tools, Certifications, and Collaboration Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro . Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM) are preferred, SAFe certification is an advantage, and additional Agile certifications are considered a plus. Why Join SMA Solar India?
