The Bid Management department (as part of the CPX organisation) is responsible for developing competitive, value-driven project proposals and construction quotes, supporting sales activities, and ensuring commercially sound project solutions. The team acts as the key interface between Sales / Customer and Project Execution to optimize project outcomes and maximize business value. The respective position is part of the "Value Engineering & new products" team. Responsibilities: The Project Manager (m/f/d), Value Engineering and New Product, is part of the Construction organization and is responsible for ensuring optimized project planning, stakeholder alignment, and the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. The role acts as a functional leader and trusted advisor within the Bid Management and Value Engineering domain. It is also responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities, defining appropriate actions, and ensuring Vestas' continued competitiveness.
